It features a stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening and a cutting board side rail. Storage includes six drawers. The interior and exterior are stainless steel, paired with a galvanized steel back and bottom. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Refrigeration is powered by a 3/8 HP system at 115v/60/1-ph with a 9.9-amp draw and a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cETLus listed and ETL-Sanitation certified.
