The Turbo Air MST-28-N is a Sandwich / Salad Unit. It is part of the M3 Series Food Prep Tables. The Turbo Air M3 Model boasts a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. The interior features a stainless steel floor with AL sides and back. It guarantees the utmost in cleanliness and long product life while adding a touch of style to the most refined setting.
The Turbo Air innovative “Cold Air Compartment” maintains temperature evenly for each pan to preserve fresh food longer. The compartment also isolates pans from the reach-in area to prevent food spillage. Turbo Air’s M3 solid door refrigerators are designed with oversized and balanced refrigeration systems. These include efficient evaporators and condensers for faster cooling and greater efficiency. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using high density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
Only in Turbo Air models will you find a self-cleaning condenser and a hot gas condensate system. The self-cleaning condenser device keeps the condenser clean and prevents system failure by automatically brushing daily. The condensate system surfaces have been specially treated to resist corrosion. This increases efficiency without the risk of refrigerant leakage from corrosion, and it prevents the overflow of condensate water.
