Description
The True Mfg. TRCB-79-86-HC refrigerated chef base combines refrigerated storage and a work top to support efficient, organized prep on the line. The 79-1/4″ base supports an 86-1/4″ one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge. Four drawers keep ingredients close and accommodate (2) 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (not included). The cabinet features a stainless steel front and sides, aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Refrigeration uses R290 Hydrocarbon and a 1/3 HP system, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. 4″ castors allow repositioning for cleaning or service. This model is cULus and UL EPH Classified, CE listed, and made in USA.
