The top holds (30) 1/6 size, 4-inch-deep poly pans beneath a stainless steel insulated cover to help maintain ingredient quality between rushes. An 8-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick cutting board provides a sturdy prep surface right where you need it. The base combines one door and four drawers; each drawer accommodates one 12 x 20 x 6 inch pan (not included), while two adjustable wire shelves add flexible storage. Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum back, plus an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor for easy cleanup. Rear mounted refrigeration, 2-1/2 inch castors, and a 1/3 HP system simplify placement and service. This unit operates on 115v/60/1, 5.1 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and is cULus and UL EPH Classified.
