A time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost supports consistent performance. Staff can stock and serve quickly via two self-closing sliding rear doors, while two adjustable white PVC-coated wire shelves angle to maximize visibility. Three LED light sources (two shelf-mounted, one cabinet-mounted) illuminate products behind insulated double-pane tempered glass.

Built for busy operations, this case features a white powder-coated cold-rolled steel exterior, a white aluminum interior, and a stainless steel floor.
