Traulsen UST7212-RR comes with stainless steel doors and components. It has pan lid that is made from stainless steel as well. A white nylon cutting board is also a standard feature. The doors have stay open and self-closing features, which makes them perfect for busy kitchens. In addition, they are made from stainless steel as well.
