Traulsen UST7212-LL-SB provides NSF Standard 7 Performance, R-134a Refrigerant and Insulated Pan Lid. All main components are made from stainless steel and they are extremely resistant to scratches. In addition, this unit is resistant to corrosion as well. The thermometer is mounted inside and it comes as standard. The interior is made from aluminum.
