Technician’s Note: 8″ deck centers are standard for commercial prep tables. Ensure the deck holes are clean and the gaskets are properly compressed to prevent water intrusion into the cabinet below. Cerama cartridges provide a positive “off” feel—do not over-tighten the handles, as the ceramic discs create a bubble-tight seal with minimal torque.
