This Southbend SBF14 Portable Filter Unit is designed to work alongside your fryers to ensure oil stays fresh and debris-free. It has a filter pan and pump assembly enclosure, constructed of polished stainless steel. The other surfaces of the Portable Fryer have a nickel plated finish. The frame is welded steel and is mounted on four ball-bearing swivel casters. This makes it easy to move and to navigate. This SBF14 has a 1/3 heavy-duty motor and pump assembly to filter oil from your fryer. The extra large filter area accommodates even large fryers. This Portable Filter comes with a filter pan, cover, filter catch basket, sample filter paper and sample filter powder packets. A sediment clean-out scoop is also included.
