Designed with serviceability and performance in mind, this oven features a patented plug-in, plug-out slide-out control panel for easy maintenance and electronic ignition for dependable startups. Inside, a porcelain coved, fastener-free interior, Soft Air two-speed 1/2 hp fan motor, 11-position rack guides with five plated racks per oven, interior lighting, and forced cool-down fan mode provide consistent baking results and smooth daily operation.
