Description
This Southbend 4483DC-2CL is a durable, easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. Using liquid propane or natural gas (Please Specify), this Range heats quickly and efficiently. It has four star / saute burners with removable, standard grates. The grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance. Its 24″ charbroiler is left located and comes with its own removable, cast iron grates.
This Range has both a standard oven and cabinet base. The base provides additional storage space for convenient access to pots, pans, and gas range accessories. The standard oven uses 45,000 BTU of power to reach temperatures between 175°F to 550°F. Its interior is made from porcelain enamel, making it easier to clean. It has a single rack with two position side rails.
This 4483DC-2CL has a primarily stainless steel construction. Its front rail, front, and sides are all made from this sanitary and long-lasting material. It has 6″ legs, adjustable for ideal height and easy leveling.
