Ideal for multi-product cooking, Southbend Gas Ranges are designed for flexibility and efficiency. This 4363D uses 243,000 BTU of power to heat its six star/saute burners and standard baking oven. With a standing pilot for open top burners and a battery spark ignition for oven bases, it is easy to start and convenient to use. It has a factory installed regulator and front-located manual gas shut-off.
The front rail, front, and sides are made from stainless steel. This makes the 4363D easier to clean and maintain, more sanitary, and increases its endurance. Stainless steel also gives any type of commercial restaurant equipment a professional, industrial appearance. Perfect for use in restaurants and other heavy-duty applications, this 4363D has removable, cast iron grates and a porcelain enamel oven interior. Its 6″ adjustable legs provide ideal leveling and height adjustment.
