The Sirman Palladio 330 EVO Automec VV (model 153349GU8VNA) is an electric, heavy-duty, automatic, gravity feed food slicer designed for consistent results. Its 13 inch tempered, chromium-plated carbon steel blade pairs with belt-driven power to produce precise cuts up to 1 inch thick.
For safety and uptime, it includes a removable built-in sharpener, removable carriage with safety hand guard, a permanent blade rim guard, and an inner blade guard. A chromed steel shaft, self-lubricating bushings and bearings, and a fan-cooled motor support smooth operation.
