Description
The Sirman CANOVA 300 (15304C0G08WNA) is a heavy-duty, manual, gravity feed, belt driven food slicer for professional kitchens. It uses a 12″ diameter tempered chromium-plated carbon steel blade to produce slices up to 1/2″ thick. A removable built-in sharpener aids blade maintenance, and the unit features an anodized aluminum alloy body with a chromed steel shaft. Power comes from a fan-cooled 1/2 HP, 375-watt motor operating at 120v/60/1-ph and 1.55 amps.
Operator-oriented components include a removable carriage with safety hand guard, a permanent blade rim guard, and an inner blade guard. Self-lubricating bushings and bearings support smooth operation during service. This model is UL and ETL-Sanitation listed.
