Description
The Robot Coupe BLIXER8 easily turns small amounts of cooked or raw ingredients into texture-modified meals (soft, puréed, or liquid) in seconds. It features an 8-quart stainless steel bowl with handle for a better grip. The bowl-base blade assembly with two high-strength, stainless-steel, fine-serrated blades for homogeneous processing – even for small amounts. The central lid opening helps you to easily add liquid or solid ingredients during processing. The clear, see-through lid lets you monitor processing from start to finish. The lid is high heat and shock-resistant.
The BLIXER8 features a leakproof lid and bowl unit with bowl scraper arm and lid wiper. All parts are dishwasher-safe and easy to remove for cleaning.
