The design of this sheet consists of curling lines in dark green, holly berries in red, holly leaves in green, dots and glinting stars in white,and snowflakes in white and light green, all FD&C-grade colors.
Blank spaces between and within these shapes allow your chocolate’s surface to show.
This food-decorating item is called a transfer sheet because its design transfers from the plastic sheet to your chocolate.
The common way to transfer the design is to use this sheet together with a
magnetic chocolate mold.
