The Nemco 8045W-BW moist heat bun/food warmer is designed to fit under Nemco’s roller grill series. This saves counter space and ensures an efficient operation. It has a stainless steel construction and a rack in the bottom of the pan. The rack is used to separate the buns from the water. It has a thermostat, adjustable up to 200˚F. This 8045W-BW has a sixty-four bun capacity.
The hot dog bun / roll warmer is NSF and ETL certified.
