Martellato Meltinchoc Digital Chocolate Melter, 9 Liters (10.35 Kg)

• Melts the chocolate and keeps it at a stable temperature
• Made up of a plastic base with a stainless steel container
• The temperature is set by adjusting the set point with the keyboard and digital display
• To get an accurate temperature the tank must be 2/3 full and the probe must be fully immersed in the tank.
• Great for use with chocolate confections, baked goods and ice cream
• Store in a cool dry place
• Do not turn the machine on without the tub of chocolate
• To clean, unplug and wait until the machine is cool. Once cool wash the steel tank with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Use a damp cloth for the plastic base.
