This Indigo NXT Series ice maker is a cube-style, water-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser. Measuring 30″W x 24.5″D x 29.5″H, it produces up to 960 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 850 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°, delivering dice size cubes.
The easyTouch display streamlines operation with 13 different language options, a date/time stamp, and an automatic reminder/alert icon. One touch asset information, automatic detection of accessories, and continuous operating status keep teams informed at a glance.
Program production by time, weight, or day or night, and initiate one touch cleaning with displayed instructions. Features include Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, and self-diagnostic technology, plus a DuraTech exterior, R290 refrigerant, and NSF, cULus, and CE listings.
