The air-cooled, self-contained head measures 30″W x 24″D x 21.5″H and produces up to 478 lb of dice size cubes per 24 hours at 70°/50° (413 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°). Paired with a floor model dispenser measuring 30″W x 32″D x 82″H and AHRI certified 180-lb capacity, it is ready for bucket filling.
Operators gain control through the easyTouch display with 13 language options, a date/time stamp, and an automatic reminder/alert icon. One touch asset information, automatic detection of accessories, and continuous operating status keep key data available at a glance. Fine-tune production with programmable options by time, weight, or day/night scheduling, then initiate one-touch cleaning with displayed instructions.
