The Manitowoc IYP0300A is a air cooled commercial modular ice machine head that produces up to 325 lb of half cube ice every 24 hours, for operations that cannot afford to run dry. As a modular head it stacks onto whichever Manitowoc storage bin or ice dispenser fits your space, so you size production and storage independently to your peak.
Half-dice cube chills fast and displaces well in a glass, the workhorse format for soft drinks, mixed beverages, and high-throughput dispensing.
This is the air-cooled model, the simplest to install: it needs only power, water, and a drain, plus clearance for airflow around the cabinet.
