Description
This Lang 136S Electric Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 36″ wide cooking surface, its incoloy sheathed heating elements have three seperate Selectronic™ controls. Their solid-state system regulates temperatures and provides operators the flexibility to adjust them between 175°F (79°C) to 450°F (232°C). The thermostat system is extremely sensitive, reacting even to 1°F temperature changes. This ensures precise cooking as well as increased operator control.
This 136S has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. It has 4″ stainless steel legs, making it ideal for countertop use. Its griddle surface is 1″ thick and 23″ deep. It has been highly polished for the easy removal of grease and food debris.
