Description
The Lancer Seal Sanitary GMV is the flexible containment barrier that prevents syrup or water from leaking past component interfaces within the GMV valve series. It is designed to withstand the high acidity of beverage concentrates and the mechanical friction of frequent dispensing cycles.
Problem Solved: Stops moisture and syrup from entering sensitive electrical compartments, preventing shorts and maintaining the airtight integrity of the beverage manifold.
Symptoms of Failure: Visible syrup ‘snakes’ dripping down the front panels, moisture found inside the valve solenoid housing, or a loss of carbonation due to micro-leaks allowing gas to bypass the manifold seal.
Technician’s Note: Always lube the seal with a thin layer of food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel) during installation. A dry seal is prone to rolling or pinching, which will lead to an immediate high-pressure leak upon system startup.Technical Specifications:
