Description
The Lancer PCB Touch Pad Assembly with Portion Control is the primary electronic control module responsible for managing dispensing logic, portion timing, and user selection inputs. It processes the signals from the touch panel and directs the firing of solenoids to ensure every cup is filled to the exact milliliter volume programmed.
Problem Solved: Corrects software logic errors, timing inaccuracies for pours, and refrigeration automation failures. Replaces dead boards that cause the unit to be non-responsive or portions to drift over time.
Symptoms of Failure: The unit failing to power on, refrigeration deck not engaging, or portion-controlled valves staying open too long or not opening at all.
