The Lancer Valve Assembly Water Calibration MMJ is a specialized internal diagnostic component designed to facilitate precise flow-rate adjustments. It allows the technician to isolate the water stream for calibration, ensuring the dispenser is delivering the exact milliliter volume required for a perfect brand-standard mix ratio.
Problem Solved: Eliminates ‘flavor-drift’ and inconsistent drink quality. Replaces failing calibration modules that have developed mineral scale or internal seal bypass, making it impossible to achieve a stable Brix setting.
Symptoms of Failure: Inability to set a stable Brix ratio, drinks tasting watery or overly sweet despite adjustment, or visible syrup leaking into the water calibration circuit during a test.
