The Lancer LEV 4.5 Self-Serve Lever Valve is the precision flow-control head responsible for mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified brix ratio. Operating at a high-speed 4.5 oz/sec, it utilizing ceramic flow modules to maintain ratio accuracy regardless of building water pressure surges.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and prevents syrup waste by providing a positive shut-off and stable flow control. Replaces heads that ‘burp’ gas or drip constantly into the customer’s cup.
Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting watered-down or overly sweet, constant dripping from the nozzle tip after release, or valves that fail to stop pouring immediately upon lever release.
