Three independent 50 lb frypots, computer controls, and a built-in filter system work together to drive consistency and speed across your fry station. This configuration helps chefs and operators keep up with back-to-back tickets without sacrificing quality.
A 5.5 GPM roller pump with a 1/3 HP motor filters and returns oil quickly between cooks, reducing downtime during peak periods. The integrated drain station, dump pan, and food warmer streamline staging, seasoning, and short-term holding right at the fryer. Standard joiner strips create a unified lineup for efficient workflow on the line.
Durable stainless steel on the frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet resists daily wear and simplifies cleanup. Casters make repositioning or service access straightforward, while 420,000 BTU of total input provides the firepower needed for menu staples like fries, wings, and breaded proteins.
