Its modular design allows you to hold several different food products at once while maintaining their own individualized temperatures. This enables items to hold for longer with more accurate temperatures, specific to each food items’ needs.
The elements and thermostat are easy to access when adjustments need to be made and a 6′ conduit provides flexibility when choosing where to place your HWBI-S3D.
