With thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity, this Heated Holding Cabinet allows user to prepare food in advance of peak serving times. It accommodates 18″ x 26″, 12″ x 20″, or Gastronorm pans and keeps food items at optimum serving temperatures for hours. Heating and humidifying as directed, this FSHC-6W2 has an insulated construction to retain heat and a 3/4 gallon water reservoir. Its removable tray slides make this Holding Case easy to clean.
