The Groen BPP-40EA is an electric 40-gallon tilting skillet braising pan built to streamline high-volume production. Sear, braise, and simmer in a single vessel to consolidate steps and boost line efficiency. IPX6 water-rated electronic controls with a clear digital display support precise, repeatable results during peak periods.

Dial in preset temperatures from 175°F to 400°F or switch to manual settings for specialty recipes, then set the 1-minute to 10-hour timer to stay on schedule. A 10-inch deep pan handles large batches with ease, while the 38-inch pan height promotes comfortable, ergonomic operation. Power tilt enables smooth, controlled pour-out to speed plating and pan-ups.

Stainless steel construction with a round tubular open leg base and bullet feet stands up to daily use and simplifies cleaning beneath the unit. Standard etch marks aid portioning and consistency.
