Description
This 45,000 BTU LP Gas funnel cake fryer (19.75″W x 17.5″D) has a capacity of three 8″ funnel cakes and can produce 60 funnel cakes per hour. Equipped with drain, heavy duty jet burner for maximum efficiency and quick recovery time along with an adjustable 200 – 400 degree temperature control. We recommend using a 20 lbs (minimum size) or larger propane tank. This fryer also works extremely well for other fried items like flower onions, elephant ears, donuts, churros and fried fish.
Heavy duty welded Low Boy Cart #5096 is available (sold separately). PLEASE NOTE: To use this Funnel Cake Fryer with #5069 Low Boy Cart you will need to use spacer (adapter plate) #89969, which is NOT included and must be purchased separately.
This fryer CANNOT be shipped via UPS and it ships at a dimensional weight of 185 lbs.
Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail. Note: Must be installed by a professional. Safe installation requires a low pressure regulator at the LP Gas source.
