Description
The Global Solutions by Nemco GS1601 is a gravity feed manual meat slicer. The slice thickness is adjustable from 0″ to 7/16″. Its blade is 10″ long and is constructed of sturdy stainless steel. A blade sharpener is built-in. The carriage is removable so all components can be reached to clean. The 3/8 HP motor is air-cooled. The GS1601 is ETL and ETL Sanitation certified.
