The Doyon CPF418 floor model bread slicer helps busy bakeries, cafes, and restaurants move faster with consistent 18 mm (3/4″) slices and throughput of up to 100 loaves per hour. Standardize portions for sandwiches and toast to improve presentation and speed service during peak periods.
Operators load loaves with less effort thanks to a mechanically assisted infeed, while the automatic stop function adds a layer of safety and control during slicing. A crumb drawer captures debris to keep the workspace cleaner and minimize downtime between batches.
Reposition the unit as production needs change using casters with two locks for stable operation wherever you set up.
