Our 360® 9″ Scalloped Offset Knife is known for delivering accurate cuts through the toughest skin, peel, crust, or rind. The stain-free, high-carbon steel, scalloped edge will not only cut through crusty breads, but also tough seared edges of cooked meats. It works equally well for cutting through rinds and the firm skins of fruits or vegetables, while the curved scallop edges slice through soft interiors with damaging the soft interior. The offset design keeps knuckles away from the cutting surface, allowing you to safely cut from the best angle, in comfort. With an easy to hold, durable, non-slip grip handle with added protective finger guard, that matches the contours of the hand for safe and accurate cuts. Our contoured 360® handle design combines durable polypropylene with slip-resistant santoprene for comfort and performance.
