Description
The Crown Steam ELTM-40 is an electric tilting kettle/mixer built for high-volume production in demanding commercial kitchens. Its 40-gallon capacity and 2/3 steam jacket enable chefs and foodservice operators to batch-cook soups, sauces, stews, and fillings with dependable consistency.
A 5 HP variable speed motor drives two removable agitators to mix, fold, and maintain uniform texture from start to finish. Operators can monitor conditions and safeguard the cook process with a vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and low water shut off.
Self-locking tilt streamlines controlled pours into pans or carts while reducing spills and strain. Floor-mounted control console supports and stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet provide a stable, serviceable installation, and 304 stainless steel construction with a 316 stainless steel liner is built for daily use.
