Description

Power high-volume production with the Crown Steam CG-325 gas-fired steam generator on a 36 inch cabinet base. Delivering 250,000 BTU at 5–15 psi, it supplies steady steam for kettles, compartment steamers, or a connected line to keep cook times predictable.

Electronic ignition and CSD-1 controls accelerate start-up and simplify oversight. Automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and a water gauge glass help operators monitor status at a glance. Pressure control with a secondary safety pressure control and a safety relief valve add layered protection.

The stainless steel exterior, reinforced countertop, and two-door cabinet are engineered for heavy daily use and easy access. A freestanding layout with four 6 inch stainless steel legs and adjustable flanged feet promotes stable placement and straightforward installation. The included water filter system, split water line, automatic boiler blow-down, and a steam take off kit support consistent quality and quicker cleanouts.
