The Channel 402S bun pan rack will hold up to fifteen 18” x 26” bun pans or thirty 18” x 13” pans (2 per shelf). It uses 4” angle spacing and has an end load design. With an 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, the 402S is durable and easy to maintain. Its 5” swivel stem casters are easy to maneuver.
