Description
The Channel 400S-OR oven rack will hold up to thirty 18” x 26” bun pans or sixty 18” x 13” pans (2 per shelf). The 400S-OR is engineered from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel with an end loading style. It has 2” angle spacing. With 4” swivel plate casters, the 400S-OR is easy to maneuver. The casters are high-temp phenolic with Zerk grease fittings, allowing them to endure extremely high or low temperatures.
