Its 26″ inside working height enables it to hold nine 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ trays or pans and its dial-type thermometer makes it easy to set for temperatures up to 200°F for cooking or 160°F for preheating. This Heated Cabinet is maximized for heat retention through its 1″ thick high density continuous wrap-around fiberglass insulated top, bottom, and sides. Its interior and exterior are stainless steel, adding strength and durability to this Mobile Cabinet.
