The Carlisle 607707H 9.5″ Stainless Steel Hinged Cover is made to fit the 7 qt Bain Marie 7707. Made of heavy gauge, high-polished 18/8 stainless steel, the hinged cover clips securely to the bain marie inset, allowing one-hand access to the contents. The bakelite knob stays cool to the touch while the slotted hinged bain marie cover helps maintain temperature inside the bain marie.
