Ideal for expanding holding capacity in kitchens, using fortransporting to or within schools, university campuses, correctionalfacilities and hospitals or for hotel and catered events.
Each cabinet includes a thermoelectric unit mounted on the back. Thecabinet body is a tough, one-piece seamless double-wall polyethyleneshell that is easy to maintain and clean and won’t dent, crack, rust,chip or break. Thick polyurethane foam insulation maintains safetemperatures for hours when the cabinet is not plugged in. Louveredpanels gently circulate chilled or heated air evenly throughout thecabinet. Just plug in, turn on and fill!
Available in hot only or hot/cold models and in two heights. Holds full or half size sheet pans and full size GN food pans.
