Each deck accommodates either (14) 12″ x 20″ x 2.5″ hotel pans or (7) 18″ x 26″ full-size sheet pans to keep batches moving. A 4-speed reversible fan enables flexible airflow control across varied loads, while a 4″ temperature probe and programmable manual control with storage for up to 100 recipes aid repeatability. The double-paned glass door helps you check progress without disrupting the cook cycle.
Operators can simplify cleanup and setup with (7) wire shelves, a retractable hose reel, and included hardware with 4″ casters for mobility.
