Dial in results with precise ranges of 284°F–680°F in the upper chamber and 140°F–550°F in the lower chamber. Brick-lined, cordierite decks and independent incoloy top and bottom elements promote fast recovery, crisp bottoms, and even coloration across every bake. Use it for fresh dough, finishing par-bakes, or quick retherms during peak demand.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior and fully welded, aluminized steel baking chamber stand up to heavy commercial use. A 15-minute timer on the upper chamber and a 60-minute timer on the lower chamber, both with continuous-ring alarms and manual shut-off, streamline timing on a busy line. Optional stacking kits enable scalable capacity as your menu grows.
