This Atlas Metal WCMD-C-3 cold food drop-in delivers reliable refrigerated holding for three full-size pans with a deep, self-contained design.
Designed for buffet lines, cafeterias, and serving counters, this refrigerated cold food drop-in features side-mounted cooling coils and an insulated pan to maintain safe, consistent cold temperatures. The deep well design accommodates standard cold pans, while the stainless steel inner liner and top provide durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning in high-volume foodservice environments.
This demo unit includes multiple factory accessories to enhance performance and usability. A stainless steel perforated false bottom (WFB-3) promotes even airflow beneath pans, while the included remote on/off switch allows convenient counter-mounted control. A condensate evaporator helps manage moisture without the need for a drain connection, making installation simpler and cleaner.
