It eliminates the risks of nasty burns or injuries from hauling heavy water supplies. The GPC-18’s overflow area prevents annoying, and potentially dangerous, water overflow. Its skimming area provides a place to continuously remove starch build-up and its innovative tube design maximizes heat input across 18 different cooking areas. With the flexibility to boil almost anything, this Anets GPC-18 can boil pasta and seafood, blanch vegetables, and pre-heat items, including the sauces for your pasta.
