Three sealed 12″ x 20″ wells with stainless steel liners support efficient holding and quick cleanup. Each well includes a dedicated drain valve to simplify end-of-day service.
Empower your team with precise control over every menu item. Individual infinite controls with indicator lights let staff fine-tune holding temperatures per well while maintaining quick visual checks. A 3/8″ thick poly cutting board creates a convenient plating or customer-facing service shelf.
A galvanized open base with undershelf keeps pans and utensils within reach to speed restocking and workflow. The unit accommodates standard 12″ x 20″ pans up to 6″ deep and operates on 208-240V electric power. UL and NSF listings support professional kitchen compliance.
