The Advance Tabco B3-CPU-B Mobile Cold Food Buffet with an open base features 3 open wells and a double-sided sneeze guard & side panels. The fiberglass insulation in the wells keeps your cold product at the perfect temperature for serving. The top of this unit is composed of an 18/304 stainless steel welded frame with openings that measure 12″ x 20″. The body is 20 gauge steel in matte black vinyl clad for a nice sleek look.
The double sided sneeze guard on the B3-CPU-B is 1/4″ thermoplastic polymer. Not only does this give the unit a unique design, but it also keeps unnecessary germs from your product. This unit features a 1″ I.P.S. drain.
