Six 50 lb frypots with immersed elements and computer controls give chefs precise command over cook times and temperatures. A compact, built-in space saver filter system keeps oil quality on point while conserving floor space.
Run simultaneous batches of wings, fries, fish, and sides while maintaining tight ticket times across multiple stations. The 5.5 GPM roller pump with 1/3 HP motor speeds in-place filtration, reducing downtime between rushes. Stainless steel frypot, front, and sides stand up to daily cleaning and heavy-duty use.
Casters and joiner strips simplify banked installation and allow quick repositioning for service or sanitation.
