Two smooth-gliding drawers each fit two 12″ x 20″ x 6″ pans (pans not included), streamlining station setup and replenishment. Use it to stage proteins, fry items, or prep components for fast, repeatable service.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and a durable aluminum interior. A side-mounted, self-contained system powered by V-Core uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor to deliver consistent cold performance.
Full electronic control makes setpoint adjustments straightforward and repeatable for multi-shift operations. Magnetic drawer gaskets help seal in cold air and carry a 2-year gasket warranty, while cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation listings support compliance requirements.
