Streamline your make line with the Hoshizaki PR46B-D2 Steelheart Series pizza prep table. Load the rail with six 1/3-size pans (pans and adapter bars included) and prep on the 1/2 inch white polyethylene cutting board. Two drawers organize backup ingredients in (2) 12″ x 20″ x 6″ pans per drawer (pans by others).
Maximize space with a one-section, 11.23 cu. ft. cabinet built with a stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor.
Plug in and go using the factory-installed cord with NEMA 5-15P. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications support demanding commercial kitchen environments for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
